| Answer: Complete both a D1 and D7 application form available at most post offices. Send them along with two passport photos and some form of acceptable ID (like a passport) to the DVLA in Swansea. |

| Question: How do I apply for a theory/practical test? |
Answer: You can book online at the Directgov website or by phone on 0870 0101372. I also offer a free booking service if required. You will need to provide the number from your provisional licence and a credit/debit card to pay. Tests are currently charged at £30.00 for a theory test, £56.50 for a daytime practical test or £67.00 for a weekend or evening test. | Question: What do I need to bring to my first lesson? |
| Answer: Your provisional license, some sensible shoes, (glasses if you need them) and most importantly your enthusiasm! |

| Question: How many lessons will I need? |
| Answer: On average between 25 and 35 hours but it all depends on your ability and effort. If you can practice under the supervision of a family member it will help a lot. |

| Answer: Pass Plus is a training scheme for new drivers. Your driving instructor will take you through a specially designed course to help you gain valuable driving experience, reduce your risk of being in a crash and reduce your insurance. More details are available here. |
